How does subscription pricing work?

We offer a first month discount on most of our products so that you can see if Probio7 is right for you. After your first order, you will be automatically enrolled on to our subscription service, receiving your product on your schedule. Delivery to UK customers is free.

As a subscriber, you automatically save 20% off the retail price every time your product ships.

Does the price ever change?

There may be changes to the one-time and subscription prices of our products on occasion. But don't worry, we would never change the price without telling you first. We will always contact you well in advance of your next order.

Can I subscribe to multiple items?

Yes, you may subscribe to multiple different products at once. You can also add a one-time purchase to your subscription order. You can later add or remove products from an existing subscription, as well as manage Delivery Schedule, Charge Date, and more.

How do I change my delivery date?

Log in to your account. From the My Account page, click the Manage Subscriptions button. Here you can see all active, paused and cancelled subscriptions. Under Actions, click Edit on any active subscription. Here, you can modify your Next Charge Date and Subscription Delivery Schedule, as well as Quantity.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

Log in to your account. From the My Account page, click the Manage Subscriptions button. Here you can see all active, paused and cancelled subscriptions. Under Actions, click Edit on any active subscription. Here, you can modify your Subscription Delivery Schedule and Next Charge Date as well as Quantity.

How to change my payment?

It’s easy! Go to your account page, click My Subscription. Then, click Billing Information, here you’ll see an option to change your payment card.

Can I pause or skip a shipment?

Yes, absolutely. To pause a subscription at any time, log in to your account. From the My Account page, click the Subscriptions tab.

To Pause an order, simply click Cancel under Actions on any subscription product you want to Pause. You can Re-activate a canceled subscription at any time.

You can also Skip an upcoming shipment by clicking the Delivery Schedule tab. Then, select Skip for any upcoming order you would like to skip.

Who can redeem the offer?
