Why do I need to provide my ID information?
You need to provide your ID number for the logistics company delivering your parcel to co-operate with Chinese customs clearance.
Your ID card information will be stored securely and used for customs clearance purposes only.
Please also note - when filling in the recipient's name, you will need to make sure to fill in the real name (using simplified Chinese characters) that is accurate and consistent with the information on the recipient's ID card. If you do not do so this will affect customs clearance.
What are the restrictions on using Nomad Checkout?
Nomad Checkout adheres all the Chinese eCommerce laws meaning that the restrictions on a single order not exceeding 5000 CNY, and the annual 26000 CNY personal transaction limit apply to all orders placed on Nomad Checkout.

No, the prices of products purchased through Nomad Checkout are the same as what you see on the website. Nomad Checkout converts the GBP amount to CNY for a smoother checkout experience. The exchange rate is also clearly shown at point of purchase through the WeChat Pay or AliPay interface.
Is the tax rate favourable when using Nomad Checkout?
Nomad Checkout uses only Chinese customs approved routes. This means all the necessary taxes are paid once an order is placed. Therefore, you do not have to worry about incurring any extra costs once your parcel reaches Chinese customs.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times for orders placed through Nomad Checkout are usually 5-7 working days once the order is shipped from the Samarkand UK warehouse. On rare occasions due to circumstances out of our control, delivery can take up to 14 days.
Will I Receive Tracking Updates?
Yes, as soon as your order is placed you will receive an SMS message confirming that the order was successful and it will also contain a tracking link that you can access 24/7 to see the status of your order.
How can I change my delivery address?

Can I cancel my order?
