The Lunchbox Doctor's Chocolate Yogurt Dip
Serves 2
Ingredients:
45ml milk (can be plant-based)
100g dark chocolate chips
150g yogurt
Lots of chopped fresh fruit to dip
Method:
Fill bottom saucepan with water. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Place a large bowl over the top and add chocolate. Steam from the bottom sauce pan will heat the bowl allowing the chocolate to slowly melt. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted
Once removed from the heat, add in the milk and yogurt gradually and combine (ensure the chocolate is not too hot so the yogurt and milk do not curdle).
Chill the mixture for a minimum of 30 minutes
Chop some fresh fruit and get dipping!
