- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 118ml milk of your preference
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbps raspberries (fresh or frozen) + extra for toppings
- 1 tbps Probio7 Life Yogurt
- Add the chia seeds, milk, honey and raspberries into a jar.
- Mix until combined.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Top with yogurt, raspberries and cocoa nibs.
