Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 118ml milk of your preference
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbps raspberries (fresh or frozen) + extra for toppings
  • 1 tbps Probio7 Life Yogurt

Method:

  • Add the chia seeds, milk, honey and raspberries into a jar.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with yogurt, raspberries and cocoa nibs.
