Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 50g oats
- 150ml water or milk
- 1 tbs Cocoa powder
- 1 tps honey
- 1 tbps Probio7 Life Yogurt
- Granola
Method:
- Add the oats, mixed spices, cinnamon, oats and water/milk into a jar.
- Mix until combined.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Top with yogurt and walnuts
Top tip – use an old nut butter or jam jar to make your oats!
