Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 50g oats
  • 150ml water or milk
  • 1 tbs Cocoa powder
  • 1 tps honey
  • 1 tbps Probio7 Life Yogurt
  • Granola

Method:

  • Add the oats, mixed spices, cinnamon, oats and water/milk into a jar.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with yogurt and walnuts

Top tip – use an old nut butter or jam jar to make your oats!
