1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Should any issue arise with your machine, we want to make it as quick
and easy as possible to resolve for you.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing fault with the product and also
covers damage caused during transit. Your warranty starts from the
purchase date.

If there is a fault with your machine, contact us at help@probio7.com and
provide us information about the problem you are having with your item.
Photos and a more detailed explanation of the fault may be requested if
necessary. This will also ensure that we are able to resolve your issue as
soon as possible.

Problems caused by incorrect use or care of the product are not covered
by this warranty.

We will generally offer a repair or replacement for the product, based on
what we believe most appropriate.

If a return is required, the new replacement item will be shipped within 48
hours of receiving the faulty item back. A confirmation email will be sent
when your faulty item is received.

This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights
under UK consumer law.
