Meet the panel
Dee is the senior herbal practitioner at Napiers the Herbalists. She runs a general medicine clinic with a special interest in women’s health, managing hormonal health and ageing. More recently, Dee set up the Napiers Long Covid Clinic to facilitate an integrated approach between doctors, herbalists and nutritionist to this new disease.

Rebecca Traylen has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nottingham in Biology and Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Surrey. She is registered with the Associated for Nutrition as an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr). Rebecca is Head of Nutrition at Probio7 where she carries out research into new products as well as nutrition consultations. Rebecca is keen to spread awareness on the importance of gut health throughout life, with a particular interest in its role and management for various illnesses.

Professor John Lambert is an Infectious Diseases Consultant at the MMUH and Professor at UCD School of Medicine with over 25 years’ experience working in HIV, Hepatitis C, STI, and other disease areas. As lead of the National Isolation Unit of Ireland from 2010-2018, he has managed all emerging infections, including Ireland's Ebola effort and has taken a clinical lead at the MMUH on the management of COVID-19

The severity to which you experience COVID-19 does not impact whether you will get Long-COVID. We'll unpack the risk factors.
