Mangos are full of benefits to our health. Not only are they rich in antioxidants, magnesium, potassium and a host of other nutrients.

Plus, they also contain polyphenols, which reach the colon undigested and are broken down by our gut bacteria - this produces secondary beneficial compounds and also helps feed our bacteria, and encourages their growth.
Plus, they're so easy to make!

Serves 4

  • 200g frozen mango
  • 1 tbps honey
  • 125ml Probio7 Life Yogurt
  • Put all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth.
  • Pour mix into silicone moulds
  • Allow to freeze for 6 hours
  • Enjoy!
