Take 1 friendly bacteria capsule and 1 vitamin and mineral capsule daily with breakfast. The capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or cold drink.

For full benefits take daily for at least 3 months. Safe for long term use.

If taking with antibiotics, take 1 friendly bacteria capsule and 1 vitamin and mineral capsule daily. Leave 2-4 hours between Probio7 50 Plus and your antibiotic.
